主持项目和学术成果:
研究领域主要包括半导体纳米材料合成及器件制备、光电器件界面特性研究、光电物理过程动力学等,共发表期刊论文60余篇,引用2000余次,包含2篇ESI高被引,申请中国发明专利4项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、广东省国际合作项目(与斯坦福大学合作)、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、深圳市科创委面上项目等。担任《Nanomaterials》期刊客座编辑,长期担任Wiley、ACS、RSC等学术期刊审稿人,担任中国光学工程学会光显示委员会委员、国际能源光子(SEP)学会委员会委员、2023光电、能源与新材料大会执行主席和分会主席、EMP(新加坡)国际会议分会主席、2022先进半导体与显示国际会议分会主席、2022光学、显示与新能源国际会议分会主席、深圳扑浪创新科技有限公司技术顾问。
